Why change?  Because it is an inescapable, ever-present reality that is going to happen to your organization – no business can deny the truth of change.  Axis Consulting inspires a simple and developmental learning process for any organization at any stage of change.  We accomplish this by facilitating engaging dialogue, asking the right (and often difficult) questions, challenging assumptions, and creating new direction for leadership.  The result – the entire organization is more empowered and activated for change.

Axis has a firm belief that there exists a deep-rooted emotional response to change. Change happens to people, and people often internalize and filter this through a spectrum of emotions. Some of us may be afraid to shift even the smallest things, whereas others may be willing to change anything and everything at any time.  Neither of these extremes is healthy to an organization.   By implication, a collective organization can exist anywhere on that spectrum.

Axis’ approach is to help leadership find the middle way – the balancing point through which they can manage change, understand the distinct phases involved and create a path forward that has all levels of the organization, from executives to staff, feeling empowered, inspired and committed to change.
