What is your leadership “center”?  This is a fundamental question to ask, especially when one is called upon to lead an organization.  The entire constellation of leadership aptitudes, experiences, competencies and  relational abilities affect how others experience one’s leadership effectiveness.  Axis Coaching helps assess and identify where a leader is today, what his or her organization needs from him or her going forward, and the balance of competencies necessary to be effective.   Axis coaching helps leaders assess their roles and responsibilities in the context of their organization’s strategy.

Usually we lack symmetry in one particular area, be it in our business skill sets, our leadership ability, our external relationships with others or our internal relationship with our own self.  Axis’ coaching philosophy brings all of these parts into alignment, integrating all of the points on which we establish our leadership center. We use the coaching relationship to help leaders find their symmetry.

Axis focuses on business, leadership, interpersonal and intrapersonal skill sets.  Thus, the client has a clear framework to assess the particular competencies necessary to be effective, his or her own skill level, and the gaps that exist between the two.  He or she can then create an effective development path aimed and bridging this gap.
